I will always miss and love Ellie, she was a big part of my life . Ellie got me through some difficult times, when both her and myself were single mothers. Ellie made life fun ,and was the kindest person I have ever met. In later years, living so far apart, we didn't get to see each other enough, but we had facebook, which helped us see how life was treating us. I feel helpless that the end for Ellie was so difficult and so wish I could be there with all of you today. I feel her give me a hug to let me know she is at peace and knows my heart . Love you all so much and Michelle you are the best daughter Ellie could have ever had .

I am regretful that I am not able to be with you today to give you all hugs and support, as you celebrate what was one beautiful lady. Although it had been years since I have spent any time with Auntie Eleanor, I hold her near & dear to my heart. Dear Wolanuk family, Although my friendship with Ellie was recent, it was easy. Our mutual love for our own families and homes were a strong common bond... and then of course there were other nice things that we both liked...like Rod Stewart music, fine ice-cream and warm, sunny backyards.
