Dakota Brooke-Victoria Sydoruk-Pepper passed away at the Lloydminster Hospital on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at the age of 16 years.
Dakota will be sadly missed by her parents, Shane and Cora-lee Sydoruk; two brothers, Christopher Pepper and Jordan Sydoruk-Pepper; grandmother, Barbara Sydoruk; uncle, Mike (Destiny) Sydoruk; aunts: Stacy, Cherie, Lisa and Laura Sydoruk and numerous other relatives.
Donations in memory of Dakota may be made to Lloyd Kidsport.
