Duane Orland Christie "Rusty"
It is with heartfelt sadness that the family announces the passing on Oct.16th,2014 of Duane "Rusty" Christie of Chilliwack, B.C. (formerly of Lloydminster, Sask.). Duane was born on April 9th, 1958, the youngest son of the late Jim and Margaret Christie of Lloydminster (Marshall) Sask.,. He will be lovingly remembered by his son, Cameron Lariviere of Marshall,Sask., brothers Larry (Lori) Christie of Kelowna,BC., Dennis (Norma) Christie of Red Deer,AB., Calvin (Sharon) Christie of Mission, BC., and one sister, Connie Ponto of Wetaskiwin, AB., as well as numerous nephews, nieces and friends. Duane was a career autobody mechanic with interests in car shows, vintage cars, hot rods and music. He enjoyed camping, fishing, visiting with old friends and family gatherings.
