Catharina "Katie" Marusiak passed away at the Lamont Healthcare Centre on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at the age of 95 years.
Katie leaves to mourn her passing her sons:
Fred and Bill of Lloydminster, Nick of Minburn and Steve (Ellie) of Holden and their family: Lori (Ken) Evoy of Sherwood Park and their children: Amanda, Steven, Hannah and Rayanna, Dana Marusiak of Spruce Grove and her girls: Dykota and Daytona, and Niki (Jake) Hofer of Holden and their children: Brycen and Adessa; daughter: Irene (Randy) of Minburn; and sister-in-law, Catharina Pankiw (103) who resides in the Lamont Auxiliary Hospital as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Katie was predeceased by her father, Roman Pankiw in 1957; mother, Mary (Hlus) in 1952; husband, Mike in 1991; five brothers: Mike, Bill, Steve, Peter and John; three sisters, Jean, Ann and Helen; brothers-in-law, Paul and John; and sister-in-law, Mary.
Donations in memory of Katie may be made to the Bea Fisher Centre.
