I enjoyed being a neighbour to Arlene back in the 70's. What a loving and good woman she was! I loved to hear her fascinating stories of her life, her kids and one particular story stands out in my mind. How her prayers were miraculously rewarded one cold and rainy night--in the form of a wild duck~ Do any of you kids remember that one.
I have fond memories of this lovely lady.
