John William "Jack" McLeod passed away at the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at the age of 94 years.
Jack was born near Lloydminster, Alberta on February 26, 1920 to Mary and Aubrey McLeod.
Jack leaves to mourn his passing, his son, John.
