Letter from Heaven
When tomorrow starts with out me,
and I’m not here to see,
If the sun should rise and find your eyes,
filled with tears for me.
I wish so much you wouldn’t cry,
the way you did today,
while thinking of the many things
we didn’t get to say.
I know how much you love me,
as much as I love you,
and each time you think of me,
I know you’ll miss me too.
When tomorrow starts without me,
don’t think we’re far apart,
for every time you think of me,
I'm right there in your heart.

Linda & Alex and family & Larry & Penny and family - our thoughts are sure with you all at this time. Your mom & dad were such good neighbors out at the farm and when Ellen Wells told me how poorly your mom was, I phoned her on the Thurs eve before she went back into the hospital and had such a good visit. Love to all of you - Victor & Leanor and family

I was so sorry to hear about Auntie Alice's passing. I have fun memories of her and Uncle Jack. They were two of the most generous people I know. I remember running into them at A&W and they wanted to not only buy me lunch but just about two of everything. I appreciated Auntie Alice's love of the land and her hardworking ways. My condolences go out to your families.

My Grammie <3
You taught me how to work hard and be independent, how to pull my rubber boots out of a muddy garden, what real carrots taste like and how to wash them in the rain barrel, or to shell peas. You showed me how to find crocuses and bluebells in the pasture, to pick saskatoons and raspberries without getting poked, and the easy way get the wax top off a jar of homemade jam. You help me spot chickadees and bluejays, and gave me an everlasting love and curiosity of the outdoors. I am my Grammie's daughter.

We are so sorry to hear about the passing of your Mom. It seems like it was just a few days ago that we saw her at St. Paul's Hospital. We are so happy to have had a nice visit with her and didn't realize that she would leave us so soon. Linda and Larry please know that you and your families are with us in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. When speaking to Aunty Joyce and Uncle Vern, they asked us to convey their deepest sympathy to all of you.

To the Olver family; We were so sorry to hear about your Mom's death. Your Mom and Dad were good neighbors to the Lamb family for many years on our farms south of Lashburn. Your Mom was a particularly gracious lady and we and our parents, Mamie and Ted,thought so highly of her. In the last few years , Alice and Keith always exchanged Christmas greetings and it was then that we heard about the Olver kids, and their families. Your Mom was so proud of you all and her love for you all shone through her Christmas letters. Alice was a hard worker and never shied away from the many demanding physical tasks associated with farming in Sask. Above all, we considered her to be a "good neighbor" and in Sask., that expression meant a lot !! We feel so privileged to have had her as a friend for those many years. We will keep her in our prayers. With much sympathy, Ann and Keith Lamb
