We are so sorry to hear that you have lost someone you love. It’s very difficult to watch those we care about struggle with their health. Please be assured that many of us out there understand to some degree - what you are going through. One thing that really helps is a promise in the bible, at Isaiah 33:24, where it says that soon there will come a time when no one will say “I am sick” ever again. Take Care!

Many a Friday night we sat and played Canasta till the wee hours of the morning, with Ena and myself always trying to beat Deb~ who was a pro of coarse~ so we spent more time laughing and trying to think up ways to beat her. Deb and Ena had a very special bond which most people could only hope to have~ My heart goes out to you too Deb, and big Hugs as well as the rest of your children!!
I am so sorry Colleen for the loss of your Mother, I will always remember her kind and welcoming nature back in the day, along with her beautiful smile. I hope that all your family will find peace knowing she will be re-united with your Father. Such a wonderful couple they were and it was a privilege to have known them.
