ISAAK ~ It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Shirley Edith Isaak. Shirley was the eldest child born to William and Annie Shakotko on December 20, 1935 in Biggar, SK. Shirley passed away in Lloydminster, SK on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at the age of 79 years. She was predeceased by her father, William; mother, Annie; beloved husband, Elvin; son-in-law, Bob Hawes; and leaves to mourn her passing, her children: Lorne Isaak; Donna Hawes; Lloyd (Darla) Isaak; Valerie (Mark) Teed; 8 grandchildren: Nicole, David, Michael, Steven, Mark, Sara, Robert and Witney; and brother, Len (Linda) Shakotko.
The Memorial Service to be held at McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Friday, May 1, 2015, at 1:30 pm.
In lieu of flowers, volunteer in your community or give to a charity of your choice.
McCaw Funeral Service, of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements.
