Obituary of Bertha Rose Bertrand

BERTRAND ~ Bertha Rose Bertrand (nee Laboucane) passed away at the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at the age of 73 years. Bertha leaves to mourn her passing: her loving partner and soul mate of 37 years, John Lambert; five children: Debbie, Randy (Carmella), Cindy (Gord), Brian (Tammy) and Travis; five step-children: Kim, Shelley, Stacey, Jackie and Brenda; seven siblings: Irene, Gladys, Phillip (Florence), Andy (Elvina), Norman (Judy), Joyce and Gabe (Nan); two sisters-in-law, Mary Rose and Darlene; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews too numerous to mention. Bertha was predeceased by her parents: Agnes and Joseph; seven siblings: Romeo, Emil, Mary, George, Madeline, Harvey and Victor; and great-granddaughter, Kendra. The Memorial Service for Bertha was conducted from McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. with Tammy Klotz officiating. Interment will be held in Spring 2016 in the Loon River Cemetery. Donations in memory of Bertha Bertrand may be made to Canadian Cancer Society. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements.
