The Funeral Service for Jacob will be conducted on Friday, January 15, 2016 from the Southridge Community Church, Lloydminster, Alberta at 2:00 PM.
Donations in Memory of Jacob may be made to the AREA Fund (Asbestos Related Research, Education & Advocacy Fund).
McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements.
