Jim leaves to mourn his wife, of 55 years, Doris; his two children: Janet(Terry) VanAlstyne and Brian(Maxine) Forsyth; two grandchildren: Kaitlyn(Logan) Otte and Brianna (Shawn Russel); and one great-grandchild: Addison Otte.
Jim is also survived by one sister: Jean(Gerry) Crumly; two brothers: Ken(Subina) Forsyth and Keith(Elaine) Forsyth; one brother-in-law: Tommy Terpstra; mother-in-law: Lillian Levasseur; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his parents: Albert and Florence Forsyth; son: Bob Forsyth; brother: Bob Forsyth; and three sisters: Anne(Rusty) Griffith, Margaret Terpstra, and Mabel.
The service for Jim Forsyth will be held at the Edam Community Center at 1:00pm (CST) on Tuesday, January 26, 2016.
Memorial donations can be made to the Lady Minto Health Care Center or to the charity of the donors choice.
