Obituary of "Sandy" Hill

Hugh Everest “Sandy” Hill died in the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on June 12, 2016 at the age of 88 years. Sandy was born in Lloydminster to Margaret (Everest) and Hugh Hill on December 29, 1927. Sandy built his life around family and community service. He was a loyal member of the Lloydminster Lion’s Club for more than 60 years and was proud that he was involved with all levels of the Masonic Lodge. Sandy leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife of 61 years, Grace; his son Cameron (Joan) Hill; daughters Laurie (Barry) Costello and Lynda (John) Greuel; four grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Sandy was predeceased by his sister Angela “Peggy” (Hill) Peckover and his parents. Funeral Service will be held at St. John’s Anglican Church, Lloydminster, SK on Friday, June 17, 2016 at 3:00 pm. Donations in memory of Sandy may be made to St. John’s Anglican Church, Lloydminster Lion’s Club or charity of choice.
