Chuck Berg passed away in the Vermilion Health Complex on Friday, July 15, 2016 at the age of 64 years.
Chuck leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife Rhonda; his children: Cody, Jodi and Brandy and numerous other relatives and friends.
The Celebration of life for Chuck will be held in the Marwayne Community Hall on Thursday, July 21, 2015 at 12:00 high noon.
Donations in memory of Chuck may be made to the Lea Park Rodeo Memorial Fund.
