David Wasyliw passed away on Friday, August 19, 2016 at the age of 58 years.
He is survived by his loving wife Deborah; Children: Jami-mae, Jeremy and Janelle; Grandchildren: Jordan, Jaydan, Kaia-rae, Jace, Jaxon, Reiss; mother: Mae Wasyliw, brother: Jim (Wendy) Wasyliw, Sisters: Colleen (Nick) Smook, Susan (Aime) Fredette, Kathy (Ray) Antoni, Kelly (Glen) Knott; Sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Tami and Greg Holtby, numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father John Wasyliw and one son: Douglas Wasyliw.
The Funeral Service will be conducted from The Grace United Church, Lloydminster on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at 2:00 P.M.
Donations may be made To The Canadian Diabetic Association or to The Big Gully Farm Beef Cattle Learning Award.
