Isabel Bourton of Lloydminster passed away in The Lloydminster Hospital on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at the age of 103 years.
Isabel was born in Lloydminster and resided in North Bend and Tangleflags. She spent a brief time attending school in Regina. Isabel dedicated her life to farming. She was active on the farm until the age of 98 years. She moved to Points West after a fall and remained there until her passing.
Isabel was predeceased by her husband Walter Bourton, mother Frances Appleton, brother William (Bill) and sister-in-law: Maude and Great Nephew Troy.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews: Sylvia (Mark, Ryan & Kyle), Roger (Ashley, Kelsey, William and David) Carolyn (Nic, Oscar and Jacquelyn).
The funeral service for Isabel will be conducted from The McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 1:00 P.M.
Interment will follow in The Albion Cemetery.
The family requests no flowers and that donations be made to a Charity of Donors Choice.
