So sorry to hear of the loss of your Mother. However, I can't help thinking about Neil and the reunion they must have had... oh, how he has been missed (I especially felt the loss as Remembrance Day rolled around again this year). Thinking of you all on this difficult day of your Mother's funeral. Although very quiet, Doreen was a "plucky" lady - leaving her home in England for the Canadian prairies with her soldier ... I am sure it wouldn't have been easy, but she rose up and did what she was called upon to make a life for herself, your Father and your family. She was one of a "special breed" of women and you were fortunate to have been able to call her MOTHER.
