Gordon "Butch" Blanchard passed away in Edmonton, Alberta on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the age of 75 years.
Butch leaves to mourn his passing: his wife of 50 years, Karen Blanchard, son, Jason Blanchard, daughter, Shannon (Craig) Oster, grandchildren, Kaitlyn Oster, Tatem Blanchard, Brayden Oster, Kiarra Blanchard, Liam Oster, Marlee Blanchard, brothers, Ervin (Faye) Blanchard, Rod (Deb) Blanchard, Brian (MaryJane) Blanchard, John Blanchard, sisters, Jenny (Louie) Doonanco and Diane Doonanco, and numerous other relatives.
Butch was predeceased by: Parents, Elgin and Georgette Blanchard, sisters Bernice Desrosiers and Linda Tizzard, and granddaughter Aspen Doll Blanchard.
Donations in memory of Butch Blanchard may be made to University of Alberta ICU or charity of choice.
The service will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Rolling Green Fairway, Lloydminster, Alberta.
