I just found out about the passing of Dr Thomas. He deliverd both my boys. 34 and 26 years ago. I moved to Ontario 20 years ago , but always remembered him as my wonderful Dr for many years. With prayers and until we meet once more.

Isaac Thomas truly was one of the great ones and I felt honoured to have him for my doctor and then for my childrens' as well.
It always amazed me how much he remembered between visits and that I actually felt like a human vs a specimen!! Lol, quite the accomplishment for a sought after doc!! He was always busy!! His honest interest was endearing as was the way he lit up when I'd ask him about his family as well. He was definitely a proud papa that loved his girls deeply! ❤️
My heart smiles for how he helped so many heal, on a multitude of levels. I can't imagine it was easy sharing him with so many others but I thank you. He made a huge difference in this world and his family was a big part of that. Blessings.

To All the Family of Isaac
I am very sorry to hear about the passing of Isaac (Dr. Thomas).
I have known Isaac for many years. I have been with the Prairie North Health District since 1979 (clerical, confidential secretary) and I am sure we have known each other since then. We have had lots of laughs and even a few tears through out our years of working/knowing each other.
It was not long ago that we had a really good visit, he came to the Dr. Cooke Extended Care Centre(where I now work) to have therapy after his surgery.
I was very saddened to here about his passing. I will always cherish his memory.
My heart goes out to you all. May fond memories stay close to your hearts in days/years to follow.

My deepest condolences to the family of Dr Isaac Thomas. How fortunate were any of us who could consider him a friend! I met Isaac when we photographed him and his family at his daughter Adria's grad in 2007. He was so proud of his successful, beautiful girls!
When he discovered I was going through tough times in 2010 he took the time to check in on me, with phone calls full of concern and kind words. In the years to follow, if he read about an accomplishment of mine he was one of the first to call and congratulate me, encouraging me in my career and in my job as a single mom. He demonstrated kindness with the purest intention asking nothing in return. I'm thankful for the visits we had and that he took the time for me.
In the end, only kindness matters and Dr Thomas leaves a lasting legacy of kindness for all who's lives he touched.

Dr. Thomas, from the calls on weekends, to finding out one of us was in the hospital and showing up to sit with us, you went above and beyond which made you more than a doctor to our family you were part of it. Dr. Thomas became our doctor just before we moved to Lloydminster 11 years ago. He was so excited to see my Cheriyan name as he knew we must originally have been from Kerala too. He was so sweet and gentle and was a great doctor to have as Anna's first. He was kind and compassionate when we were expecting our son Thomas. He came to his funeral and supported us in the years following. He was a wonderful person and doctor. He was so proud of his two beautiful daughters. All our sympathy.

My sincer condolences to the family, friends & his cocworkers. I was a patient of his for many many years, the only doctor I would see actually. He always made sure he did the best to his ability at his job and most importantly he always made small chat with you, it wasn't ever just a quick " in and out, on to the next person" he treated you as if you were his own. Very big heart he had.

I choose him as my dr, as the people I helped support had him as a dr and he was always caring and treated individuals with respect and dignity!
