Dean Michael Oikawa passed at Lloydminster, Alberta on Monday, December 5, 2016 at the age of 44 years.
Dean is survived by: his wife, Samantha; his two children, Katelyn and Curtis Oikawa; and his sister, Joanne Chadwich and family.
Dean is predeceased by: his parents, Mitsuo and Jean Oikawa.
Celebration of Life for Dean will be held at a later date.
Donations in memory of Dean may be made to the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce "In trust for kids".
