Flora Elsie Kuzyk passed away at the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Monday, December 19, 2016 at the age of 84 years.
Flora is survived by: her children, Catherine (David) Czajkowski and their children Erin (Derek) and Mark; Maria (Ron) Salt and their children Steven (Brie) and Curtis (Courtney); Peter (Shelly) Kuzyk and their children Jana (Joseph), Terre (Kyle), Jayme and Taylor (Brandy); 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Flora was predeceased by: her parents, Erminio "Pete" and Regina Dallarizza and her sister, Maria Kuzyk.
The Funeral Service for Flora will be conducted from St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church, Lloydminster, Alberta on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at 10:00 AM.
The family wants to extend a special thank you to Elsie Malka for everything she has done for mom.
Donations in memory of Flora may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute.
