Phyllis Marie (Vokins) Mack passed away at the Dr. Cooke Extended Care, Lloydminster, Alberta on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at the age of 80 years.
Phyllis is survived by: her husband Ron; her children, Richard “Dick” (Shiela) Vokins, Donna Marie (Darryl) Winter, Marg (Lyle) Nerbas, Doug Vokins(Diane Davies) and Brian (Christine) Vokins; twenty one grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; her brother, Lawrence (Betty Ann) Davidson;
Phyllis was predeceased by: her grandchildren, Kristine Nerbas and Sonia Vokins; her first husband, dad, Ed Vokins; her parents Jim and Marie Davidson; and her great granddaughter, Alexis.
A Memorial Service will be held at Grace United Church, Lloydminster, Alberta on Friday, March 10, 2017 at 2:00 PM.
Donations in memory of Phyllis may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the donor's charity of choice.
