Laura Lynn Kozak passed away at the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Friday, October 27, 2017 at the age of 40 years.
Laura is survived by: her loving husband, Kirk; her daughter, Akaisha; her parents, Bill and Elda Duffus; her sisters, Crystal (Jim) Davies and their children, Michaela, Michenzie and Mylea; Kerri and her daughter, Danika; her brothers, Ron Duffus and his children, Kristen and R.J; Ken (Laurie) Duffus and their daughter, Faith; and numerous other relatives.
Private family service will be held at a later date.
Donations in memory of Laura may be made to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation or Charity of Choice
A Memorial Tree was planted for Laura
