I just got back on to Facebook after 3 years and looked up Dixie's name as I used to be friends with her on Facebook. I grew up in Drumheller (Newcastle) and Dixie was my best childhood friend. We spent so much time together and she was always sweet and kind. I feel so saddened to hear that she passed away at such a young age. I found the pictures in one of my old photo boxes. I am so sorry for your family's loss.

Glenn and Family,
My deepest condolences during this time. Dixie had a huge heart and a beautiful soul. She was the most kind, caring and compassionate person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. It never failed that I would get my birthday and Christmas gifts early and I always got spoiled but the most special part was the creative handmade cards! I looked forward to them every year!
