I was fortunate to meet Helen when I was admitted to the Cross Cancer Clinic in May 2010. Helen was my roommate. Although we were roommates only for a short time, approx. 15 days, she and I and Paul formed a strong bond. Helen was a kind and wonderful woman and I will treasure our time together forever. I miss you already Helen. I so looked forward to you and Paul visiting me in the Yukon Territory next summer. I am so glad that you are no longer suffering. My condolences go out to your family. I will pray that God gives them the strength to carry on. Take care. Hugs and kisses.

Helen was truly a beautiful person. I have only known her for the past couple months while she was in the hospital. She was thankful for everything everyone did for her and truly loved her family & friends. She was very lucky to have such a loving family and to have had Paul by her side so faithfully. As nurses, we don't always get the opportunity to know every patient as well as we got to know Helen. I feel blessed to have known her. May she rest in peace.
