Obituary of Hazel Simons

Hazel Margaret Simons passed away suddenly at home in rural Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on August 2, 2018 at the age of 69 years.

Hazel will be lovingly remembered by: her husband, David; her children, Janet and children, Celine and daughter Mia, Jasper, Sarah; Rena (Owen) and son, Easton; Brenda (Simon) Otto and daughter, Stella; Mark and children, Emilee and Hayden; siblings, Marvin (Helen) Welch, Joan (Dale) Fischer, Gordon (Barb) Welch, Alan (Wanda) Welch and Carol (Roger) Mitchell. 

Hazel was predeceased by: her parents, John and Elsie (Gordon) Welch; her brother, Michael Welch; her sister, Linda Welch; her sister-in-law, Gwen Welch; her aunt, Margaret Gordon.

A Celebration of Life for Hazel will be held at the Legacy Centre, Lloydminster, Alberta on Friday, August 10 at 2:00 PM.

Donations in memory of Hazel may be made to Make-a-Wish Foundation, the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
