BIOGRAPHY DUMONT ~ Lorne Henry Dumont passed away in the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at the age of 60 years. Lorne will be sadly missed by his wife Pat of Lloydminster; six children: Lorna and Guy Parenteau, Lisa and Jason Topp, Shawn Dumont, Lavena Dumont and Danny Imbeau, Charlene Dumont, Tina Dumont and Brian Toth, all of Lloydminster; five grandchildren: Aaron Imbeau, Daniel Imbeau, Brazen Topp, Nathan Parenteau, Spencer Toth as well as numerous other relatives. Lorne was predeceased by his mother Alice Dumont and his father Lawrence Bishop. The funeral service was conducted from the McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Thursday, September 16, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. with Joyce Carson officiating. The tributes were read by Lorna Parenteau and Lisa Topp.. The active pallbearers were Guy Parenteau, Jason Topp, Danny Imbeau, Brian Toth, Shawn Dumont, Aaron Imbeau, Daniel Imbeau and Joe Jacknife. Interment was held in the Lloydminster City Cemetery. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements. CARD OF THANKS We would like to thank everyone who sent cards and flowers, who made donations in Lorne's memory and to everyone who brought food to the house, made phone calls and stopped in for a visit. Thank you to the Onion Lake Band Council for your support, thoughtfulness and love for our dad. Thank you to the Jubilee Home for your love and support for our mom. A very special thank you goes to Crystal Davidson and Tami St. Germaine for the lovely songs sung at the service and a special thank you to McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., for your guidance and support during our time of need. Donations in memory of Lorne may be made to the Diabetic Association or to a charity of the donors choice.
