Jack will be sadly missed by his wife Barbara of Elk Point; three daughters: Terry Mah of Marwayne, Jackie Jackman of Edmonton, Jerry Lennon of Edmonton; son Dallas Lennon of Edmonton; four grandchildren; four brothers; two sisters as well as numerous other relatives.
Donations in memory of Jack may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
