Obituary of Harvey Perks

Harvey Scott Perks passed away suddenly in Tulliby Lake, Alberta on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at the age of 56 years.

Harvey is survived by: his mother, Mary Bensmiller; his siblings, Brian (Joanne) Perks and Rhonda (Warren) Ward; his nieces and nephews, Scott, Kandyss (Jarvis), Jill (Curtis), Darren (Mandy), Katelyn (Calvin) and Brittany (Darcy); and his ten great nieces and nephews.

Harvey was predeceased by: his father, Ken Perks.

The Celebration of Life for Harvey will be conducted from the Tulliby Lake Community Hall, Tulliby Lake, Alberta on Monday, December 17, 2018 at 2:00 pm.

Donations in memory of Harvey may be made to the Charity of Choice.
