Obituary of Loretta Smith

Loretta Mary Smith (nee James/Lockyer) passed away at the Lloydminster Continuing Care Centre, Lloydminster, Alberta on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at the age of 85 years.

Loretta Smith is survived by: her loving husband, Leo Smith of Lloydminster, Alberta; children, Ron (Diane) James, Keith (Brenda) James, Barbara (Allan) Mahoney, Ellen (Ian) Mitchell, Michelle (Allan) Woodland, Gerard James, and Joanne McCoy; son-in-law, Kirby Hayes; grandchildren, Stephen, Ronnie, Melissa, Michael, Alison, Mark, Rhonda, Donna-Marie, Michelle, Jennifer, AJ, Nathan, Stephanie, Tristan, Amanda, Angela, Syler, Mathew, Sydney, Kayla, Jessica, Rebecca, James, Angel, Katie, and Krysta; numerous great-granchildren; sister, Cela Loder; and brothers, Martin, Patrick, and William Lockyer.

She is predeceased by: her first husband, Ronal James; daughters, Mary Hayes and Donna Head; granddaughter, Adrea James; and sisters, Elizabeth, Kathleen, Ellen, Madonna, and Celeste.

The Funeral Service for Loretta will be conducted from McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta  on Friday, January 18, 2019 at 2:00 PM.

Donations in memory of Loretta may be made to the Lloydminster Continuing Care Centre - Palliative Care.
