Please accept my condolences on Mark’s passing. I had the privilege of getting to know Mark on our many trips in the van to and from his apartment, church and Montana’s. During this time, we spent a lot of time visiting. Mark was always so friendly and cheerful, one of the most positive people I’ve ever met. He had such a kind and gentle manner about him and was so easygoing. Mark spoke lots about his family to me, often telling me how lucky and grateful he was to have them. He never complained about anything and had such a positive outlook. Mark was an amazing man and I will miss our visits, his genuine kindness and of course his laugh! I feel very blessed and honored to have known Mark. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Mark, heaven gained another angel this weekend. I was so glad that my kids got to meet Mark this summer when we traveled across Canada. Mark showed so much strength with what he was facing and he continued to have faith. Mark and I spent a lot of time traveling on the bus together in Kamloops talking about our Catholic faith. I still have fond memories of becoming a member of the St. John Vianney's Knights' of Columbus, and Mark and I celebrated really hard that night in our suits at The Max. I always enjoyed going out for lunch with Mark at the Westsyder. My condolences goes to Sylvia and the Feeney family. All of the Johnstons are thinking of your family and saying prayers for you.

I met Mark before my surgery while on Respite at Jubilee Home. He was such an inspiration to those around him. He was a man of God, he shared his God with those who were lost and alone He never ever wanted pity of his situation and had faith that he would once again walk, well Mark, my friend, your day of miracles has come. What a beautiful day, your miracle, no pain, able to walk and to be free of all that held you back. Our condolences to your beautiful wife Sylvia, your parents and your siblings. I had the great pleasure of taking care of Mark during his stay at the jubilee home. Mark was an exceptional person to be around. He knew all the staff by name, and residents. He was great to chat with, and even share jokes with. During the last year of his life he had amazing faith and positive outlook and was an inspiration to anyone around him. Sending my love to marks family and wife. He will be missed.

Dear Sylvia,
You and Mark have been in our prayers for the last few years and will continue to be so. We were sorry to hear of Mark's passing. We have fond memories of his character, laugh, and just general upbeat personality. When we saw him in December he was in great spirits. Our daughter Roni was thinking of him when she attended World Youth Day in Panama this year. Peace and prayers for strength in these tough times.

I am truly honored to know Mark Feeney. I always knew Mark to be a man of great virtue and strong faith. I am very sad to hear the news and continue to pray for Sylvia and Mark's family. Mark did so much for the Catholic Church in Lloydminster, and was one of the first people to ever reach out to me when I moved to the city. He was extremely passionate about World Youth Days and led many people to God through those trips. At the Church he led the altar servers, and cherished all the children he mentored. I knew Mark to always have a smile on his face, despite whatever challenges lay ahead of him. He took on the burden of many who were less fortunate. I know Mark will have a quick path to heaven, and hope he paves the way for the rest of us. Mark we will always remember you fondly. Your life ended way too soon for us, but God needed you sooner than we expected. My wife Alisha and I will keep praying for Mark.

Sylvia,
On behalf of the Letkeman family, I want to extend to you our deepest condolences. We got to know Mark during our 6 year stay in Lloydminster. He came to our gatherings, he was a part of a men's bible study I belonged to, he attended our son's baptism, and even helped us load up our U-Haul when we moved to Prince Albert in 2011. Mark was a good, kind-hearted, and devout man, and we are greatly saddened to hear of his passing. Be assured of our continued prayers.
