Obituary of Charlie Lypkie

Charles "Charlie" Lypkie of Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully in his home on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at the age of 92 years.

Charlie is survived by: his wife, Doreen of 64 years; his daughters, Marilyn (Fred Reid), and her daughter, Andrea; Gwen Howe (George Armstrong), and her children, Ryan, Sarah, and Marty; his step-grandchildren, Rick (Shelly), Joanne(Mark), Jody (Ashley), Brandi (Steve), and Kendra; and his eight step-great-grandchildren.

Charlie was pre-deceased by: his father; his mother; his step-mother; his ten brothers; and his three sisters.

McCaw funeral home will conduct a private family interment. 

The visitation will be held at McCaw Funeral Chapel on Monday, February 25, 2019 at 10:00 am. 

The family wishes for all those family and friends who shared in Charlie's life to join them for his Celebration of Life, conducted from the Legacy Center, Lloydminster, Alberta on Monday, February 25, 2019 at 2:00 pm.

Donations in memory of Charlie may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation or the donor's charity of choice.
