Phillip Napoleon Laboucane passed away at Royal Alexandra Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at the age of 82 years.
The Memorial Service for Phillip will be conducted from McCaw Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 2:00 pm.
Interment will be held at a later date.
Donations in memory of Phillip may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation.
