Obituary of Mike Kostiuk

Michael "Mike" Alexander Kostiuk passed away at the Lloydminster Continuing Care Centre, Lloydminster, Alberta, March 12, 2019 at the age of 83 years.

Mike is survived by: his loving wife, Mary; his son, Trevor (Laurie); his grandson, Kyle (Kelly); his great grandson, James; his brothers, Ludwig (Alice) and Bill (Evelyn); his sisters, Mary Loshney and Eliza Swichenuik; and numerous nephews and nieces.

Mike was predeceased by: his parents, Steve and Bessie Kostiuk; his brothers, Tony Kostiuk, Edward (Annie) Kostiuk, and John Kostiuk; his sister, Eva Pitruniak; his brothers-in-law, Pete Loshneym, John Pitruniak and Teddy Swichenuik; and his niece, Shirley Emberg.

The Funeral Service for Mike will be conducted from McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Monday, March 18, 2019 at 11:00 AM.

Donations in memory of Mike may be made to the Lloydminster SPCA.
