Victor will be sadly missed by his wife Darlene of Lloydminster and their children: Wanda Blondeau of Lashburn, Warren Laboucane of Lloydminster, Kathy Laboucane of Lloydminster and Raeanne Harper of Lloydminster; eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren as well as numerous other relatives.
Donations in memory of Victor may be made to the Lloydminster Native Friendship Centre.
