Phyllis Opal Pearl Chapman passed away at Vermilion Health Center, Vermilion, Alberta, on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at the age of 89 years.
Phyllis is survived by: her four children, Harold (Lorraine) Chapman, Cecilia Petersen, Joe (Else) Chapman, and Danette (Lloyd) Ellert; her seven grandchildren; her eleven great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives.
As per the family's wishes, a service will not be held.
Donations in memory of Phyllis may be made to the donor's charity of choice.
