I had the absolute pleasure of knowing Emilie as I work at the Pioneer House. We had some lovely conversations, lots of hugs, and a few laughs throughout the days and nights. My deepest condolences.
So sorry for your loss. Emilie was such a sweet lady. If my Mom was here today she would be sad because she counted Emilie among her dear friends. My condolences to you all.
Grandma was a very loving person with the biggest heart. She always knew how to make a person smile and is a reminder that love should be unconditional. Always missed by so many but forgotten by none.
Your mother was a remarkable lady. Hardworking all her life and caring deeply for others. She has left an imprint on her family and all that knew her and loved her. She will be greatly missed by everyone on this side of heaven. What a great rejoicing on the other side though. Until we meet her again we will honour her life by mentioning her name many times and taking her torch of kindness and touching the lives around us as she would have done.Well done Emilie Daus.
I am sorry to hear of your loss. I shared a table with Emelie since I first arrived at Pioneer House on the date you celebrated her 100th birthday. She was a lovely woman full of interesting stories of her life and never an unkind word about anyone. She is sorely missed here.
