To Rays family, I'm saddened to hear of your loss. I grew up with Ray in the 70's and I think my motorcycle was the first one he rode. I still have this love for my Harley and have great memories of my time with Ray. We also got in lots of trouble together but that is what friends do. I saw Ray in Edmonton in the 80's but then lost touch.
God speed my old friend.
Again my condolences to his family.

We are so sorry for your loss. We were fortunate to have visited with Ray this summer when he came out to support the golf tournament for Mike and Shauna. We hadn’t seen him in many years, and it was very nice of him to attend. We are thinking of you all.

RIP BROTHER RAY. YOU TOUCHED SO MANY LIVES. YOU WERE WILD AND IF I CAN SAY BAD ASSED THAT TOO. WILL NEVER FORGET THE RIDE ON YOUR MOTORCYCLE FROM MARSDEN TO NEILBURG AND THE TOUR. DIDN'T DIE, AS YOUR SISTER MADE HIM SWEAR THAT WE GET SAFELY HOME. KNOW MY FAMILY AND BROTHER LLOYD ARE SENDING YOU ALL HUGS. LOVE YOU ALWAYS

I only knew Ray for about a month. However, I immediately thought he would be my soulmate as he just had a wonderful aura around him and all I ever wanted to do was get to know him better. I danced with him the night before and will forever hold it in my heart dearly.

We don’t have the words to express all our feelings....it won’t be the same without you, seeing you every single day here in our beautiful Mexico...it’s still not real, I look for you, listen for your truck, and you can be sure, we speak your name every day...there is a “ Ray story “ each and every day...it hurts, and I miss you so much...just like the song I sang to you to get you laughing....” I may be right and I may be wrong, but yer gonna miss me when I’m gone” ..it wasn’t supposed to happen this soon, tho...we weren’t done yet...I miss your beautiful smile, your laugh, and your crazy sense of humour...you were our best friend, catch you in the next round buddy!! Love you..
