Our deepest Condolences to you Mom and Alicia and family.
I remember one of the first time mom had Mark over for super, he had a large pizza in his hands and pepperoni and hot peppers were on it. That was the first time I ever had hot peppers on a pizza.
Mark was a soft spoken guy who cared alot about mom and tried to give her what ever she wanted even if it meant standing outside a gift shop in Jasper with Joy and I while the 2 girls drooled over everything hoping to come back with something , probably some dangling earrings.
He loved horses and watching cars making 4 lefts on a race track. His brand of vehicle was Ford incase you couldn't guess it.
He was one of those guys who was always working hard and getting dirt on his work clothes was his dress suit. Flinging cow dung in his grandparents farm or getting his work clothes dirty with chicken, blood or dirt on them from driving truck was fine by him. He would be one of the hardest workers youd ever know.
Incase you were in the middle of nowhere up north and didn't know anyone there, dont worry he probably did. One time we went to a flea market up north by Ottawa and sure enough he bumped into someone he knew.
He was a well known and liked down to earth guy with a good heart. He was a good step dad and step dad in law and we will miss him.

My deepest condolences to Margaret and Alisha. Mark was an amazing man and one of a kind with a very generous heart. I remember meeting him for the first time at Margaret and Marks home in Brantford. He had a contagious smile and a very warm welcoming nature. Love and hugs. He will be forever missed and in our hearts.

As I am sure many do, I met Mark through my employer, City Center Auto Body, when he delivered for Rosenau, then later ran into him one day a few years ago when my dad was in Lloyd. Hospital after his knee surgery, at which time I believe Mark was visiting Marg for similar procedure. I never saw him much after that as the oil patch crashed but he was always one of the delivery drivers who took the time to pause for a chat. Shocked to hear of his loss, so my heart goes out to his family.
