Heather Esme Simmons passed away at Maidstone Health Complex, Maidstone, Saskatchewan on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at the age of 87 years.
Heather is survived by: her sons, Mike (Brenda) and Neil (Elexa); grandchildren, Kirstin (Andrew), Shawn (Shanil), Whitney (Robert), Cailey (fiancé Morgan), Jordyn and Cody; great grandchildren, Brenna, Jerika, Tahira, Nadia, Jenaya, Tristan, Hunter and Connor.
Heather was predeceased by: her loving husband, Rex Simmons.
A Celebration of Life in memory of Heather will be held at a later date.
Donations in memory of Heather may be made to the donor's charity of choice.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Heather
