Brian Edward Lepine passed away at Unity & District Health Centre, Unity, Saskatchewan on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at the age of 61 years.
Brian is survived by: his loving spouse, Louise; daughter, Melody (Chad); son, Christopher (Tanya); step sons, Jason and Shawn; grandchildren, Alena, Derek, Ashlyn, Kristian and Konnor; sisters, Deb (Tom), Dawn, Denise (Glen) and Dayle (Darcy); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Brian was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Sylvia Lepine; and brother-in-law, Fred.
Celebration of Life in Memory of Brian will be held at a later date.
Donations in memory of Brian may be made to Lori Craven Memorial Ball Fund or to the donor's charity of choice.
