Dear Albin, Connie, Grant, Sylvia and families, Mrs. Swanson (Leila) will always hold a special place in my life. How sad to hear of Leila's passing. She was such a pleasant, gentle lady. I always appreciated her friendliness. My parents also had great respect and appreciation of both Leila and Albin and I like to think of them visiting with her now in heaven. She will be missed.

We were so very sad to read about Leila’s passing. She was a very kind and gracious lady who I’ve known all of my life. I can remember her as a child in Swanson’s store and was her neighbour across the street for nine years. It was a pleasure to chat with her anytime we saw her at a function or on the street. Our sincere sympathies to Albin and to Connie,Grant and Sylvia and their families. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this sad time. May she Rest In Peace.

We are deeply saddened to know that Leila is gone and we will not see her again - or at least not here. Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you mourn her together as a family.
Leila was a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I spent many happy hours as a child playing in her home and she always made me feel welcome. She had a wonderful appreciation for nature and was able to reflect that back through her art and writing. I am particularly grateful for the huge effort that she made to gather and protect our family history.
We look forward to joining you for her celebration of life. She lived it well.

So sorry for your loss. Have many memories of her, as well as being a neighbor in Marwayne..
