Berit  Reece passed away at the Dr. Cooke Extended Care Centre, Lloydminster, Alberta on Friday, May 10, 2020 at the age of 92 years.

Berit was born in Norway and immigrated to Canada with her family as a young child. She arrived with her Mother, Father, Brother and 2 Sisters and settled in the McLaughlin area. She accomplished her Grade 12 and went on to Teachers School in Edmonton. After becoming a Teacher she met Cecil Reece, they married and began a farm life together. They had 3 Boys, Dale, Doug and Neil and the family has grown to include grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Berit loved her Family and the farm lifestyle, never afraid to take on a little hard work or help out any way she could.

Berit will be sadly missed by: her children; Doug (Cathy) and Neil (Rhonda); her brother, Eivind (Doreen);
her grandsons, Jason (Amanda), Shawn (Khaylia), Jarrett (Angela) and Reagan (Shylyn); her granddaughters, Becky (Jessie), Dani, Kristen and Casey (Anthony); her great grandchildren, Alexia Berit, Lily, Sydney, Maddison, Mykaila, Meah, and Kroy; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by: her husband, Cecil; her son, Dale; and her sisters, Racheal and Agnus.

A private family service will be held in memory of Berit.

Donations in memory of Berit may be made to Lashburn Sportsplex or donor's charity of choice.
