Obituary of Robert Cundliffe

Robert Daniel Cundliffe passed away on October 25, 2020 at the Dr. Cook Extended Care Facility in Lloydminster at the age of 83 years.

Robert leaves to mourn: sister, Nora Barnett; 12 nieces and nephews; and numerous other family relatives and friends.

Robert was predeceased by: his parents, George and Kathleen Cundliffe; brothers, Cavon (Cal) and Wilfred; and niece, Patricia Wilson.

Rob lived north of Lloydminster on a farm in the Durness area for the first part of this life.  He loved sports and playing games and was competitive “as all get out” at family gatherings and celebrations.   He spent 30 years with the Bea Fisher Group and enjoyed all the outings and events that they lovingly put together for the group residences.  He loved watching sports and visiting and would always have a big smile for you when you ran into him around town.  He will be missed by many.

The Funeral Services for Robert will be a private immediate family only Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Lloydminster, Alberta.

Donations in memory of Robert may be made to the Bea Fisher Foundation, the Dr. Cooke or the donor’s charity of choice.
