My brother Angus and I went to school with Herb and Wendy. We also lived in Steel Heights and used to walk home from high school together. Wendy’s mom was always so nice when I was at her house, very kind and cheerful. I am so very sorry for the loss of your precious mother, may your memories of her help you during this sad time. Much love,
Cat ( Cathy) MacDonnell

Our deepest condolences to the Swift family. We have very fond memories of Gwen and Earl! Glenn and I moved here 23 years ago but we knew Gwen and Earl already from Kinsmen/Kinette conventions. Always had such interesting stories and we loved hearing them! Anytime at a function Gwen would be there waving you down to give a hug and give you that wonderful smile. And Earl he loved to tease, and we loved to tease him back! We also had connections with them with Investors club in town that our husbands belong too! Both our sons are also Kinsmen so of course Gwen and Earl would always ask about them. We are going to miss you guys! You have been a big part of our community in Lloydminster. May you Rest In Peace,
What a way to go, beautiful knowing you are together again!
Yours in Kin,
Glenn & Jeannie Stang

Our deepest sympathies to Dick, Herb, Wendy and families on the loss of your family matriarch. I have fond memories of working with Gwen and Earle many years ago now. Gwen’s beautiful smile and kind-heartedness endeared her to all who had the pleasure of knowing her. May she Rest In Peace as she joins her soul mate.

Dick, Herb, Wendy and families: I was deeply saddened to hear that Gwen had passed away. Gwen will be greatly missed but her warmth and kindness will be remembered forever. Gwen and Earle were always so wonderful to me and my family. I loved working with them both and miss those days.
