Obituary of Bob Ambler

Joseph "Bob" Robert Ambler passed away peacefully at home, Lloydminster, Alberta on Friday, December 4, 2020 at the age of 89 years.
 
Bob was born in 1931 in Lloydminster, SK to Eric and Margaret (Madge) Ambler of the Sefton Park District. He took his primary education at the Sefton Park and Sunnydale Schools. Bob then went to High School in Kitscoty, AB, residing at the Boy's Dorm. 
 
Bob started to farm with his Dad and brother, Ray, right out of school. For the last twenty years, he farmed with his son Scott. In 1959, Bob married Helen Tingley and grew their family to four children: Wanda (Michael Kowalchuk), Scott Ambler (Patti Beloglowka), Bobbi Jo (James Gaetz) and Tara (Dean Cockburn); his grandchildren, Lara and Michaela Kowlachuk and Jaxon Gaetz; and numerous other relatives. 

Due to Covid restrictions, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. 

The family would like to thank Dr. Kerlis and Dr. Ali, as well as Alyssa and Crystal with Home Care, for their excellent care and compassion.
