Obituary of Hilda Peterson

Hilda Lilian Peterson passed away at Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, December 26, 2020 at the age of 98 years.

Hilda is survived by: daughter, Monica (Bob) Troup; son, Glenn (Anna) Peterson; grandchildren, Sheri (Kevin) Hegseth, Daryl (Natalie) Troup, Cleo (Keith) Wolstenholme, Misty (Tim) Smereka and Kelsie Peterson (Kendall Albert); great grandchildren, Maren Hegseth, Aven Hegseth, Londyn Troup, Sam Troup, Arwyn Wolstenholme, Bronwyn Wolstenholme, Avery Smereka, Evett Smereka and Hadley Smereka.

Hilda is predeceased by: her husband, Oscar; baby daughter, Linda Peterson; parents, Graham and Lucy Skinner; sisters, Mary Mathison and Elsie McIntosh; and brother, Tom Applegate.

The Funeral Service for Hilda will be conducted from the McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at 1:00 PM. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the service will be by invitation only. The service will be livestreamed and posted on the McCaw Funeral Service website under Hilda's obituary at the time of the service.

Donations in memory of Hilda may be made to Bethel Lutheran Church or donor's charity of choice.
