Obituary of Gordon Marlatt

Gordon Emerson Marlatt passed away at Lloydminster Continuing Care Centre, Lloydminster, Alberta, January 30, 2021 at the age of 89 years.

 

Gordon is survived by: his daughter, Deborah Hein (Ron) of Big River, SK and their sons, Shawn Hein and his children, Emjay and Mya Hein and Robin Hein (Sarah) and their children, Nicholas, Jake, Aly, Kent Hein (Jennifer) and their daughter, Harper; and son, Kenneth Marlatt of Lloydminster, AB; daughter, Carolyn Code of Lloydminster, SK and her son, Tyler Code (Lanna), and their children, Connor, Nolan, Landon Code (Karen), their children Berlyn, Scarlett, Marla Weber (Ashton) and their children, Tessa, Kabree, Clarke Code and daughter, Kylelyn; daughter-in-law, Enid Marlatt and children, Amanda Collins (Scott) Agustus, Oakley, Michael Marlatt (Joanne), and their children, Lillian, Kayleigh,  Rosalyn, Matt Marlatt (Katherine), Serena; brother, Vernon Marlatt; sister, Jean Harbin, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ray Miller and wife, Darlene; sister-in-law, Lorraine Playford and husband, Neil; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

 

Gordon is predeceased by: his loving wife, Ella Eileen; son, John Stuart; mother, Eileen; father, Clifford; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Stanley Miller and Phylis Lowe; brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Enid; sister-in-law, Bernice Marlatt; brothers-in-law, Walter Harbin and Harvey Miller; and niece, Lynn Miller.

 

The Celebration of Life in memory of Gordon will be held at a later date.

 

Donations in memory of Gordon may be made to Alzheimer's Society or donor's charity of choice.
