Obituary of Bob Minish

Robert "Bob" Hare Minish passed away at the Lloydminster Continuing Care Centre, Lloydminster, AB, on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at the age of 91 years.

Bob is lovingly remembered by: his wife, Pauline; his sons, Colin (Patricia) Minish, Garry (Leonida) Minish, Harold (Judy) Minish; his daughter, Merilyn Newsham; his step-children,  Judy (Gary) Walsh, Donna (Brent) Hawker and Brian (Joanne) Gislason; 18 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; sisters, Orla (David) Lockerbie, Shirley Shappert; brothers, Fred (Teddy) Minish and John Minish; as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.

Bob was predeceased by: his first wife, Faye Minish; his parents, Orval & Ethel Minish; sisters, Marion (Bill) Smith, Keitha (Sid) Allen and Vera (Willis) Stevens; brother, Bill Minish; son-in-law, Mark Newsham; and step-son, David Gislason; as well as; sisters-in-law, Janet (Russ) Robinson and Doris (Bill) Robinson; his brothers-in-law, Gordon (Val) Card, Albert (Nelly) Card, Don (Mary) Card, Bill (Dorothy) Card and Carl Shappert.

The Funeral Service for Bob will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 2:00 PM MST. Due to COVID-19 restrictions the service will be by invitation only. The service will be live streamed and posted on Bob's obituary at the time of the service.

Donations in memory of Bob may be made to Lloydminster Loving Care Auxiliary (Lloydminster Continuing Care) or Grace United Church Building Fund.
