Obituary of Thomas Chard

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Thomas William Chard in Victoria, British Columbia on May 30, 2021, at the age of 73 years.

 

Tom was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He proudly served in the Canadian Navy for over 34 years, on both the East Coast and the West Coast. He served in the first Gulf War in 1991. He loved hockey, 50s cars and 50s music. He was a loving and devoted father and husband.

 

Tom is survived by: his wife, Jean Chard; son, Troy (Brenda); daughter, Angela; and his granddaughter, Amanda Chard. 

 

A Private Graveside Service for Tom will be conducted from Lloydminster Cemetery, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 2:00 PM.
